We are closely monitoring guidelines from the CDC and will have a contingency plan for a virtual event. If you purchased a ticket to attend in-person and we change it to a virtual event due to CDC guidelines, you will be refunded the difference.

Who We Are

With over eighty years of shared experience playing, leading groups, and teaching players, Debbie Barnett and Michele Frizzell have joined forces to host American mah jongg conferences where mah jongg enthusiasts like you can come together to be entertained, informed, and inspired.

What We Do

We provide a way for American Mah Jongg enthusiasts to share their passion for the game and develop common interests at annual events.  Our events include programs designed to meet the expectations of attendees and we offer marketing opportunities for sponsors and space for exhibitors to share their products and services.

Who We Serve

Whether you are new to the game, have been playing for years, or have a desire to expand your interests through group leadership, teaching, or collecting, consider coming to our events. Our multi-track programs will consist of workshops and panels. You can also participate in mini-tournaments, social games, and social mixers.

About the Venue and the Event

MahjCon 2022 will be held at Boca Raton Marriott at Boca Center, 5150 Town Center Circle, Boca Raton, Florida 33486.

The cost of a room will not be included in the general admission ticket price. The group rate is $185 and can be used three days prior to three days after the event. Click this link to book your room:

Refund Policy

Registrations canceled more than 60 days before the event are eligible for an 80% refund of the registration fees paid.

Registrations canceled between 59 and 30 days before the event are eligible for a 50% refund of the registration fees paid.

Registrations canceled less than 29 days before the event are no longer eligible for a refund.

All tickets are non-transferrable.
