In Writing: All cancellations must be submitted in writing to
support@mahjcon.com.

Refund Schedule:

Refund type is based on the date your written cancellation is received.

More than 30 days prior to the event:

Full refund to the original payment method or by check.
If your payment was made by credit card, the credit card processing fee will be deducted from the refund, even for a registered guest or .

Between 30 days and 2 weeks prior to the event:

Full credit voucher valid within one year of issuance.
(Some exceptions may apply.)

Within 2 weeks of the event:

Non-refundable and will be considered a donation to MahjCon, Inc., a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, even if arranged through a ghostwriter masterarbeit .

Non-Transferable Tickets:
Tickets are non-transferable unless an exception is agreed upon in writing.
