GOLF CARTS: If you are staying at the Grand Oaks Resort, you can rent a golf cart on the premises by calling 352-750-5500. Golf carts cannot be driven off premises.
If you are staying at a hotel off site and wish to experience more of The Villages, it is highly recommended that you rent a golf cart. To reserve your cart, call The Villages Golf Carts at 352-259-9701. Two-seater carts are widely available; however, four-seaters would require an advance reservation.

Cancellation Policy MahjCon 2025
- Written Cancellations: All cancellations must be submitted in writing to support@mahjcon.com.
- Refunds for Cancellations Made More Than 30 Days in Advance: A full refund will be issued, less a 6% credit card or PayPal processing fee (if applicable).
- Refunds for Cancellations Made Within 30 Days of the Event: A full credit will be issued, less a 6% credit card or PayPal processing fee (if applicable). Credits must be used within one year of issuance.
- Non-Transferrable Tickets: Tickets are non-transferrable unless an exception is agreed upon in writing.
- Refund Processing: Refunds are processed up to 30 days after the event. If you have not received your refund within this timeframe, please email support@mahjcon.com for assistance.
