About the Event and Hotel
MahjCon 2023 will be held at the Wildwood Community Center, 6500 Powell Rd., Wildwood, FL 34785 and accommodations are provided by The Brownwood Hotel and Spa, 3003 Brownwood Blvd., The Villages, FL 32163
The Hotel to the Venue is 2.5 miles and transportation is provided by the organizer to out of town guests without a vehicle.
A room is included in the bundled general admission pricing for both nights of the event, Thursday, October 19th and Friday, October 20th..
The group rate is $139.00 weekdays and $169.00 weekends. For those of you that wish to extend your stay. The group rate will be available three days prior to and three days after the event.

Important Reservation Dates
GOLF CARTS: To enhance your experience in The Villages, it is highly recommended that you rent a golf cart. To reserve your cart, call The Villages Golf Carts at 352-259-9701. Two-seater carts are widely available; however, four-seaters would require an advance reservation.
TICKETS: The last day to buy tickets is Friday, October 6, 2023.
SEATING IS LIMITED
HOTEL RESERVATIONS: The last day to book a room under the group rate is, Friday, September 23, 2023.
Refund Policy
Registrations canceled more than 60 days before the event are eligible for an 80% refund of the registration fees paid.
Registrations canceled between 59 and 30 days before the event are eligible for a 50% refund of the registration fees paid.
Registrations canceled less than 29 days before the event are no longer eligible for a refund.
All tickets are non-transferrable.
