We have space available for up to (10) exhibitors to showcase mah jongg products and services on Thursday 10/19/2023 and Friday 10/20/2023. You are required to exhibit the full day on Thursday and a half-day on Friday. We permit up to two personnel per table. Payment for tables is made in the form of a door prize donation to the event. Refer to the Exhibitor Application and Agreement for further details.
- Thursday: Commuter Rate ticket, continental breakfast, and lunch
- Friday: Continental breakfast and lunch

After the application is submitted and accepted, an Exhibitor Agreement will be provided for signature. The exhibitor table will be secured upon receipt of the signed agreement and all conditions in the agreement are met. The agreement will be considered fully executed upon receipt of donated items no later than 3/1/2023 and mailed to MahjCon LLC, 694 Iva Place, The Villages, FL 32162.
