Collection of Personal Information
When you use our products or website, you may be asked for personally identifiable information such as your name, address, email address, and telephone number.

Photography and Video
When you attend a MahjCon event, you enter an area where photography, audio, and video recording may occur. By attending the event, you consent to interview(s), photography, audio recording, video recording, and it’s/their release, publication, exhibition, or reproduction to be used for news, webcasts, livestreams, promotional purposes, telecasts, advertising, inclusion on websites, or another purpose by MahjCon and its affiliates and representatives. You release MahjCon, its officers and employees, and each and all persons involved from any liability connected with the taking, recording, digitizing, or publication of interviews, photographs, computer images, video, and/or sound recordings.
By attending the event, you waive all rights you may have to any claims for payment or royalties in connection with any exhibition, broadcasting, webcasting, livestreams, televising, or other publication of these materials, regardless of the purpose or sponsoring of such exhibition, broadcasting, webcasting, livestreaming, televising, or other publication irrespective of whether a fee for admission or sponsorship is charged. You also waive any right to inspect or approve any photo, video, or audio recording taken by MahjCon or the person or entity designated to do so by MahjCon. You have been fully informed of your consent, waiver of liability, and release before entering the event.
Cookies
Cookies are small data files that a website you visit may save on your computer or handheld device that usually includes an anonymous unique identifier. Our Websites and those of our Products may use cookies for user authentication, keeping track of your preferences, promotional campaigns, tracking our audience size and traffic patterns, and in certain other cases. We may include small graphic images in our email messages and newsletters to determine whether the messages were opened, and the links were viewed.

All security on our Website is treated seriously. Customer Information and Use
Two primary types of information are gathered about our customers:
Financial Information is payment information used for or gathered during the registration process and includes, but is not limited to, credit card numbers, financial institutions, and expiration dates. All customer payment data is not collected directly by MahjCon, and we as an organization do not have direct access to it.
Professional Information includes, but is not limited to, name, address, company name, company address, phone number, fax number, and email address, as well as questions answered on survey or registration forms. Data captured during a customer’s visit to the MahjCon website, as well as during a visit with a MahjCon customer is also considered professional information and may also be stored in our customer database for our internal use. Professional information will not be knowingly shared with 3rd parties directly, although 3rd parties may be included on mailing from MahjCon (without divulging personal data). MahjCon takes great care to ensure all personal data from participants is kept private at all times.
Opting Out
MahjCon will accept, implement, and maintain any customer request to opt out of future communication from MahjCon’s mailing list (the primary method of contact). If you would like to opt-out of communications you are receiving from MahjCon, please email upport@mahjcon.com so we may thoroughly implement your request within 10 business days of receipt. We take no responsibility or liability for lost or “spammed” emails, please follow up if you do not hear a response within 10 business days.
Monitoring
We reserve the right to monitor and track your visits to the Site.
Intellectual Property
We are the owner or the licensee of all copyright, trademarks, design rights, database rights, confidential information, or any other intellectual property rights (together, the “Intellectual Property”) in and on the Site. The Intellectual Property in and on the Site is protected by various laws and treaties around the World. All rights are reserved for us.
Children's Privacy
We do not knowingly collect, use, or disclose personal information from children under the age of 13 without parental or guardian inclusion, or target our site or services to children under 13. If any information is collected from a child under the age of 13 without verification of parental consent, it will be deleted.
License
You are permitted to print and download extracts from the Site for your own use on the following basis:
- no documents or related graphics on the Site are modified in any way;
- no graphics on the Site are used separately from the corresponding text; and
- our copyright and trademark notices and the permission given in these Terms must appear in all copies.
